Training

I am passionate about supporting other professionals in their growth and development. As one of two state trainers for Child Parent Psychotherapy, I regularly provide trainings on Infant Mental Health, child development, attachment, brain development, and trauma to clinicians and community partners. I also work with Child Welfare staff to deepen their understanding of child development, the impact of early experiences, and the effects of parental substance use.

My goal in every training is to make the material practical, grounded, and usable. Whether I’m working with therapists, caseworkers, teachers, or community providers, I focus on translating clinical knowledge into clear, accessible concepts that strengthen the services we provide to families.

Testimonials

Juvenile Court Judge

"I was so impressed with the information presented, I asked Mrs. Fultz to present the same program to my court room team consisting of attorneys from the District Attorney's Office, children's attorneys, and attorneys who represent the parents. As a result of the training, I believe we have the skills to close cases sooner and at the very least give young children the support they need to grow up in a healthy way.  Angela has made a tremendous difference with helping the Juvenile Courts evolve and to continue to assist the Courts with expert advice to our youngest and most vulnerable children."

When families are supported with strong, trusting relationships—and when infant & early childhood mental health (IECMH) professionals are equipped with the right tools—everyone benefits. One of the most powerful tools we have is understanding rupture and repair. Breakdowns in relationships happen all the time. What matters most is how we notice them, address them, and move toward healing.

This prerecorded training introduces professionals to the role and power of rupture and repair in reflective supervision and consultation (RS/C). Through didactics, reflective practice, and real case application, participants will explore:

• Different types of rupture
• Factors that increase risk for rupture
• Why repair often doesn’t happen
• Practical ways to offer repair effectively

Whether you are new to reflective supervision or looking to deepen your practice, this training gives you a framework for strengthening your relationships with colleagues, families, and the children you serve.

Presenter(s): Angela Fultz, MA, LPC-S, IMH-E® & Ashleigh Kraft, LPC-S, IECMH-E®
